This picture is looking south down White Otter Lake. That's
not the full width of the lake,
it's a set of islands just off the east shore. This view is from the
top floor of the tower.
The four story tower supports a series of stairs and landings connecting
the three floors.
The top floor of the tower looks out to all four sides.
