The above picture shows the completed foundation. A concrete
slab costs more than
a wood frame one. And I choose a concrete one for good reason.
In the past with the
trailer, we always had problems with mice and other critters trying
(many times successfully)
to come up through the floor and make themselves at home while no one
was staying there.
If some critter can dig it's way in through this floor, I'll probably
let him stay.

they are
the water and sewer connections for the kitchen and bathroom.
